  • In case of a damaged or defective product, place a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Upon reviewing your return request, we will update you with the details of the pickup. The order would be picked from the address by our delivery executives. Ensure that the product is packed in the same bags with tags intact. Upon receiving the product in our facilities, we will review the damage and initiate the refund to the bank account. It may take 6-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. 

  • There is no return policy for products received in optimum conditions. However, you can exchange the product in case of size issues. An exchange request needs to be placed within 48 hours. Our delivery executives will pick up the product and deliver the exchanged product to your doorstep. The exchange may take up to 15 days to fulfil.
